Nagasaki Chanmen to Release Two New Summer Chilled Noodle Dishes Starting June 10

Yakiniku Sakai Holdings Co., Ltd. will launch its 'Summer Recommended Fair Part 2' at 34 Nagasaki Chanmen stores across West Japan from June 10 to September 30, 2026. The fair features two new chilled dishes. First, 'Chilled Kawara Chinese Soba' (1,188 yen incl. tax) is inspired by Yamaguchi Prefecture's soul food, Kawara Soba, and features shredded egg, beef, green onions, nori, lemon, grated daikon, and tempura crumbs with a thick lemon sauce. Second, 'Beef-topped Chilled Noodles' (1,243 yen incl. tax) is topped with beef, bean sprouts, namul, cucumber, tomato, and boiled egg, offering a choice of special Chinese soy sauce or sesame sauce. These will be sold alongside the traditional Gomoku Chilled Noodles. Nagasaki Chanmen serves noodles made daily in its own factory using Yamaguchi-grown Setokirara wheat, and a signature rich broth made from whole chicken and pork bones.
