Zenken to Speak at Indian Government-Hosted "Human Resource Mobility Forum"

Zenken Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Junnosuke Hayashi; hereinafter referred to as Zenken) is pleased to announce that it was selected as one of three Japanese private companies to present at the "Human Resource Mobility Forum," hosted by the Indian government and held in New Delhi, India, on July 1, 2026.

Forum Overview

The "Human Resource Mobility Forum" is a forum hosted by the Indian government with the aim of safely and effectively connecting India's abundant young population and highly skilled workforce with labor-demanding recipient countries, including Japan.

The forum was attended by stakeholders such as the Ministry of External Affairs of India, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), the Ministry of Labour and Employment (MOLE), the Embassy of Japan in India, the JICA India Office, and private companies and industry associations. India is actively promoting workforce skill development through the "Skill India Mission" and is attracting interest as a promising source of human resources, both in terms of quality and quantity, for recipient countries like Japan.

Future Outlook

Securing excellent human resources from overseas is an urgent social issue for Japan's nursing care industry, which is facing a severe labor shortage. Zenken has been promoting a business to introduce Indian personnel who have received high-quality Japanese language and nursing care education in collaboration with the Indian government-affiliated organization "NSDC International." Moving forward, we will continue to address Japan's labor shortage by promoting the training and introduction of overseas personnel, including those from India.
