Big Boy Japan Co., Ltd. (President and Representative Director: Hidenori Konno, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo), which operates the hamburger and steak restaurants "Big Boy" and "Victoria Station," will launch new products on Thursday, June 18th, that allow customers to enjoy the signature "Daihyo Hamburg" with a refreshing chimichurri sauce.

This time, we have prepared dishes that allow you to enjoy Big Boy's signature "Daihyo Hamburg," as well as our house-made bacon and hearty pork sausages, with Big Boy's special chimichurri sauce for a refreshing taste.

Chimichurri sauce is a South American sauce made from herbs, vinegar, and oil, perfect for enjoying meat dishes with a light flavor. This time, we are offering a Big Boy-style arrangement of chimichurri sauce. By blending perilla leaves, garlic chips, tomatoes, and pink peppercorns, and adding a salt and lemon sauce made with lemon and German Alpine rock salt, you get a sauce with a good balance of acidity and umami. Crushing the pink peppercorns well will result in a more refreshing sauce.

The chimichurri sauce, with its refreshing yet punchy flavor, enhances the umami of the juicy "Daihyo Hamburg," the aromatic "smoked bacon," and the crispy "pork sausage." Enjoy these satisfying meat dishes even in the hot summer.
