Zeon Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Tetsuya Toyoshima; hereinafter, "the Company") hereby announces that, effective July 1, 2026, an absorption-type merger will be conducted, with Zeon North Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, as the surviving company, and Zeon Yamaguchi Co., Ltd., also a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, as the absorbed company.
1. Purpose of the Merger
By integrating the two companies, which possess similar businesses in some business areas, we aim to maximize synergy effects through business integration, establish a higher quality service provision system, and pursue further business growth and new value creation centered on the engineering business.

Absorption-type merger with Zeon North as the surviving company and Zeon Yamaguchi as the absorbed company.
