(HQ: Hakata-ku, Fukuoka; CEO: Jiro Enomoto) has been commissioned to provide business planning and opening support consulting for 'WORKING SWITCH ELK SHIBUYA,' a shared office scheduled to open near Shibuya Station in Tokyo by Kanden Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (HQ: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Emi Fukumoto) in late August 2026. This facility marks the first Tokyo location for the 'WORKING SWITCH ELK' brand, which has been operating in the Kansai region. Zero-Ten Park is partnering on the project by analyzing the Shibuya market and competition, formulating business plans, designing concepts, and planning services. They will also provide integrated support for post-opening operations, including marketing, inquiry management, contract processing, and on-site staffing. The facility will feature private offices for 1-10 people and various coworking plans, designed to stimulate inspiration with features like adjustable lighting and web meeting booths.
