Zest Co., Ltd. announced that the Tokyo Hokuto Medical Health Co-op has adopted the 'ZEST' profit improvement platform to drive digital transformation in their operations.

Aiming to improve operational efficiency and provide high-quality care, the co-op previously used paper-based scheduling. Key challenges included rigid staff-to-client assignments, dependency on specific administrators, and double-entry of data into recording systems.

With ZEST, the co-op has optimized route proposals and streamlined schedule creation. Integration with the existing 'Care-wing' recording system has also eliminated redundant data entry. Currently utilized at three sites, the co-op plans to use ZEST for data-driven management and to strengthen collaboration between branches.
