Pokka Sapporo Food & Beverage Ltd. (President and CEO: Masashi Sato; Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture) is pleased to announce that it has been selected as an inaugural 'Excellent Food Education Corporation 2026' under the new commendation system established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), which will be officially certified and announced in the spring of 2026. (*1) This system was created in response to the growing issue of poor dietary habits among adults and the increasing importance of promoting 'adult food education' in the workplace. It aims to certify corporations that provide healthy meals to employees and implement dietary improvement initiatives, thereby encouraging corporate vitality and the dissemination of best practices.

Employee-Participatory Food Education Based on the Health Benefits of Lemons Under the slogan of 'Health Management You Can Talk About,' our company implements the 'Achieve It with Lemons! One Goal per Person for Dietary Habits' program, which incorporates the health benefits of our core business product: lemons. This initiative encourages each employee to face their own health, set dietary goals, and achieve behavioral changes through execution and evaluation. In addition to active communication from management and the improvement of the internal environment, employees share their personal experiences and case studies, which leads to the resolution of health issues and the establishment of healthy dietary habits.

'Food Education' Connecting Sustainability and Health Management Under our sustainability vision, 'Connecting People and Nature with Lemons for a Sustainable Future,' we aim to contribute to people's well-being through the deliciousness and health value of lemons. Because dietary habits are the closest part of daily life and a theme that easily encourages behavioral change, we have positioned 'food education' at the core of our health management. We believe that employees living healthy and vibrant lives allows us to continue providing 'value beyond deliciousness' as a company, contributing to a sustainable society and long-term corporate growth.

Furthermore, our company has been certified for nine consecutive years (2018–2026) as a 'White 500' corporation—a title awarded to the top 500 large-scale corporations that practice particularly excellent health management under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's 'Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program.' We will continue to strengthen and promote our food education and health management initiatives.
