As a brewery with a 140-year history since 1886, the company balances tradition with modern tastes. These new releases feature a smooth mouthfeel and a crisp finish, suitable for both dining and gifting. The initial release is limited to 240 bottles each.
'Koinose' is named after the Chinese legend of a carp climbing a waterfall to become a dragon, symbolizing the brewer's goal of creating spirited sake. General sales began on April 15, 2026.
