For our Grilled Whole Squid, we have carefully selected squid of the perfect size for making snacks. To cherish the original flavor of the ingredients, we purchase squid that has been frozen immediately after being caught. By processing it while maintaining its freshness, we bring out the inherent umami of the squid.

Japanese flying squid is characterized by its rich umami and unique flavor, with a sweetness and depth that spreads the more you chew.
