[Implementation Report] "Pietro Dressing Uma-Shio" Made with Kumamoto Prefecture Salt Holds Completion Report Meeting at Kumamoto Prefectural Office

Pietro Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, President and Representative Director: Yasuyuki Takahashi) will begin nationwide sales of "Pietro Dressing Uma-Shio," which uses the brand salt "Amakusa Salt" from Kumamoto Prefecture, starting Sunday, March 1st. In advance of this launch, on Friday, February 27th, we visited the Kumamoto Prefectural Office and reported the completion of the product to Governor Takashi Kimura, with the attendance of Mr. Takashi Nakano, President of Kyuden Sangyo Co., Ltd., which handles the production of "Amakusa Salt." Governor Kimura commented: "Although it's a salt dressing, it's not salty but mellow. It's an endlessly repeatable, infinite flavor. Since the salt content isn't high, you can use it luxuriously without guilt. It can also be used as a salt sauce and pairs well with meat, making it a versatile dressing. It's a great way to promote Amakusa salt, which represents Kumamoto, nationwide and connect it to the promotion of Kumamoto as a 'Food Kingdom.' We will certainly support its spread across the country."

Kumamon, Kumamoto Prefecture's General Manager of Business and Happiness, also participated in the report meeting.
