THE Tender HOUSE DINING (TTH), operated by Positive Dream Persons (PDP), a company expanding hospitality businesses nationwide, will offer two varieties of shaved ice for a limited time from Monday, June 1, 2026, to Monday, August 31, 2026.

The lineup features 'Tropical Fruit and Hibiscus Shaved Ice,' produced by Asako Harada, owner of the shaved ice specialty shop 'Hyousha mamatoko,' and 'White Peach and Guava Shaved Ice,' created by TTH's pastry chefs.

Produced by Asako Harada: Tropical Fruit and Hibiscus Shaved Ice (¥1,980, tax included) This dessert reinterprets the Peruvian fruit punch 'Macedonia' with mango and pineapple. It features a deep-red syrup base of hibiscus and red wine, lychee-scented key lime, and hidden notes of coriander and cinnamon. It is an exotic treat finished with rich brown sugar syrup on the rim of the bowl.

White Peach and Guava Shaved Ice (¥1,980, tax included) Red peach and guava sauce is paired with rare 'White Cacao.' Hidden inside the ice are lucuma, acai ice cream, and caramelized bananas. The dessert includes an additional 'Almond and White Peach Sauce,' allowing for a luxurious experience with changing flavors.
