Raccoon Financial conducted a survey of executives, accounting managers, and sales managers at B2B companies regarding the workload and challenges of back-office operations in B2B transactions.

Survey Background

Billing operations are essential for B2B transactions, yet many companies spend excessive time on monthly invoice issuance and payment verification. Manual, analog operations not only increase the burden on staff but can also unknowingly hinder business growth by pressuring sales activities and delaying market development.
